As we interviewed him throughout the process, it became more and more clear to our search team that Bo would be the pastor that we felt would have the faith, giftings, experience, personality, passion, and vision that would be a tremendous asset and blessing to us at FBC. Things to know about Bo Dauster
I was blessed to be raised in a Jesus loving family. At 7 years old, I asked my parents "How can I know Jesus as my Savior?" They knelt with me and led me to the Lord. It was 37 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday.
The faithful prayers of my father and the active encouragement of several other men of God (including my youth pastor and Sr. pastor.) The Lord put an incredible desire to make eternal impact in my heart!
I love to help people grow in their relationship with God and come to discover that He has an amazing plan for them. I love preaching and teaching God's word and seeing people come to realize that the word of God is alive and powerful for their life!
The Lord has opened SO MANY doors every step of the way in our conversations with WPFBC. Every engagement has been full of kindness, prayerfulness, and encouragement. It is a beautiful church family that our family would be honored to be a part of.
Faithfully, deeply and creatively preaching/teaching God's word. Disciple making.
My wife (Chantel) and I met in Bible college 24 years ago. We quickly fell in love while doing ministry together. We've been happily married for 22 years.
Chantel: is warm, welcoming, loving, and so much fun! She is Brazilian and has her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Knox: is our precious gentle soul with a gift for art (animation) and storytelling. He is shy at first and silly later on.
Ivy Joy: Our adopted angel and BIG personality. She is the most adorable and precocious spirit that I have ever met.
Many great Believers have impacted and helped to shape me. But no one has influenced me more than my father. Tom Dauster is the man who has most impacted and shaped me. He taught me to always set my eyes on Jesus and the value of living with integrity. He didn't just instruct me to do these things, he lived them out before me.
My favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family. Our home is full of laughter and affection. Outside of family time, I love to read deep theology, watch my Dallas Mavericks, go on long walks with my wife and our Golden Retriever.

We are praying for you every day and can't wait to meet you all! I am convinced that our Heavenly Father has so much in store! Our family is looking forward to stepping out in faith and starting an amazing new Gospel adventure with WPFBC!
Best Wishes,
Pastor Bo Dauster
